JunkStarting fall apart within first few times of use. The plastic encase Breaking off piece by piece and starting smelling melting plastic. Junk and it’s off to the garage dump.

Awful![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally bought a replacement insert for my 6qt crock pot from this website, when using it for the first time it didn’t cook my food enough but the outside of the crock pot where the buttons are itself got EXTREMELY hot to the touch ultimately leading to me not using it for fear of causing a fire in my house and the food being ruined. I reached out to customer care who very kindly sent me and entire new crock pot with insert and all, using it for the first time today the SAME thing happened in a brand new crock pot. I’ve never had an issue with my original crock pot that I had for years. Very disappointed I love slow cooked meals it makes meals super easy but I’m sad i spent money on a replacement insert for it to be defective when I would have used that money for a new slow cooker in another brand if I knew this would continue to happen.

Burning Plastic SmellJust bought this cooker. Noticed a burning plastic smell in my kitchen and found out it is the cooker. No smoke is coming out of it. Turned it on high for a while to see if I can burn off the smell but it still stinks too badly to use. I'm not looking to ruin a roast with whatever is coming out of it. Sadly, I'm going to have to return it.

Not impressedI am not impressed - flimsy and cheap - took 1 hr to heat up (on high). The outer sides were boiling hot (dangerously hot) cover doesn’t seal - i regret my purchase.
